Many years ago (before my concussion), I was an Extra in a movie starring Robin Williams as Patch Adams. (One of his best movies.) We had to go into a blazing-hot August day and film a Med School graduation scene. Before we went outside, Robin Williams jumped onto a stage and looked out at (about 200) of us and thanked us, and said:
